Bianca’s journey started in 2016, when she first had eyelash extensions applied and instantly became obsessed. That single appointment sparked a passion for all things beauty, and it wasn’t long before she knew she wanted to turn that passion into a career. It has always been Bianca’s goal to be the boss of her own life, build a successful business and create a space where clients can feel confident, empowered and leave looking and feeling their absolute best.
After studying Marketing with Events Management at university, Bianca quickly realised the corporate world wasn’t where her heart belonged. Instead, she followed her passion and immersed herself in the beauty industry. Starting with classic lash extensions from a home salon, Bianca’s dedication to perfecting her craft quickly earned her a loyal client base. Through continuous education, hard work and an obsession with delivering exceptional results, The Little Lash Company was born.
Now with over 10 years experience in the beauty industry, Bianca has become known as one of Birmingham’s leading lash artists and educators, training hundreds of aspiring lash technicians who have gone on to build successful businesses of their own. Her commitment to education and investing in herself has always been at the heart of everything she does.
As both Bianca and the industry evolved, so did her vision. With a growing passion for advanced skincare and facial aesthetics, she expanded her expertise by training in advanced facials, skin rejuvenation and aesthetic injectables. Today, her focus is on delivering results-driven treatments that improve skin health, restore confidence and enhance natural beauty.
This exciting new chapter led to the evolution of The Little Lash Company into Miss Cosmetic, a brand that better reflects the wider range of advanced aesthetic and skin treatments now offered within the clinic. Whilst lashes will always hold a special place as the foundation of the business, Miss Cosmetic represents Bianca’s passion for modern aesthetics, healthy skin and natural, confidence-boosting results.
Bianca is Medik8 trained, and Miss Cosmetic is proud to be an official Medik8 stockist, offering clients access to one of the UK’s leading professional skincare brands. A self-confessed beauty enthusiast, Bianca is constantly researching the latest beauty trends, investing in training and personally trialling products to ensure only the most effective, high quality treatments and skincare make it into the clinic.
